摘要
以吸水倍率为指标,研究了水体矿化度、酸碱度、温度对具有互穿网络结构的复合吸水材料吸水膨胀的影响。结果表明:在研究范围内,水中矿化度越高,外界电解质溶液中可动离子的浓度增加,材料内部与水体中离子浓度差降低,作为吸水膨胀动力的渗透压减弱,吸水倍率下降。水体pH值小于12.4时,pH值增加,促进吸水膨胀;超过12.4后抑制吸水为主。温度升高,酰氨基的水解加快,分子链的构象转变加剧,导致吸水倍率升高。
The effects to the swelling of complex sopping materials of the factors,which contain mineralization of water,temperature and pH value,were studied by researching swelling multiple.The experiment results indicate that the mineralization of water is more,and then the swelling multiple is less for the reducing of osmotic as expansibility.When the pH value is less than 12.4,it accelerates sopping swelling;when the pH value is over 12.4,it inhibits swelling.At higher temperature,the hydrolysis speed of amide is faster,and then the swelling multiple increase.
