摘要
我电厂600MW超临界直流锅炉采用双进双出钢球磨煤机正压直吹式制粉系统。机组在投产后曾多次发生锅炉制粉系统爆炸事故,严重影响锅炉的安全稳定运行。通过分析,磨煤机死角积粉、分离器内锥体及回粉管堵粉、PC管磨穿积粉自燃是其着火爆炸的主要原因,为此改变磨煤机结构并提出制粉系统运行调整的控制要点。
In a 600 MW power plant, a supercritical directly flow boiler, with double-in-double-out ball pulverizing mill and positive-pressure direct-fired pulverizing system, has exploded many times since it is put into operation, imperiling to the safety and stability of the boiler. The main causes are that coal dust fired in the comer of ball mill or in the cone of separator and PC-pipe leaks coal dust. According to the analysis, several operation control keynotes in pulverizing system are presented and configuration of the pulverizing system is changed.
