TBL教学联合临床病例讨论在麻醉科临床教学中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨TBL教学联合临床病例讨论在麻醉科临床教学中的效果。方法:分别对观察组和对照组采用TBL教学联合临床病例讨论和传统教学模式进行临床教学。结果:观察组考核成绩平均分、优秀率及良好率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组积极性、主动性、团队协作力及解决问题能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过TBL教学联合临床病例讨论教学模式的实践,教学效果显著提高,激发学生的积极性、主动性,锻炼团队合作能力、表达能力和解决问题的能力。
