摘要
空气氧化脱硫技术因其反应条件温和、不使用昂贵的氢气、投资和操作费用低等优点日益受到重视。目前研究的氧化脱硫技术大多采用H2O2作氧化剂,但H2O2存在价格昂贵、不能再生以及含硫废水排放等问题。采用廉价的空气作氧化剂的氧化脱硫技术可以克服H2O2作氧化剂存在的一些缺点,因此,受到广泛关注。介绍了空气在不同催化体系中氧化燃料油脱硫进展,以及为提高空气氧化性能所采取的措施。
Oxidative desulfurization can be carried out under very mild conditions,without using expensive hydrogen and has lower investment and operation cost,so it has become a hot issue.H2O2 is widely used as oxidant in the present oxidative desulfurization system.But it is also pointed out that it has the problem of high cost,not renewable,sulfur-containing waste water and other issues.Using cheap air as oxidant can avoid the shortcomings of H2O2.This paper also described the progress of oxidative desulfurization of fuel oil with air under different catalyst systems and proposed to take measures to improve the oxidation performance of air.
