摘要
目的:探讨黄芩茎叶总黄酮(SSTF)预处理对脑缺血再灌注大鼠皮质神经元的保护作用。方法:线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,Longa评分标准对各组大鼠进行神经功能缺损评分,透射电镜观察大鼠脑皮质神经元超微结构的变化。结果:SSTF预处理可明显降低缺血再灌注大鼠的神经功能缺损评分,改善脑皮质神经元的超微结构。结论:SSTF预处理对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠皮质神经元具有一定的保护作用。
Objective:To investigate the protective effects of scutellaria baicalensis stem-leaf total flavonoid (SSTF) on cortical neurons of focal ischemia reperfusion rats.Methods:The focal ischemia reperfusion rats model was established by suture embolic method; Neurologic impairment was recorded according to Longa s standard; Ultrastructural changes of cortical neurons were observed by wansmission electron microscope.Results:SSTF pretreatment could decrease the neurologic impairment score significantly, improve the ultrastructure of cortical neurons obviously.Conclusions:SSTF pretreatment has certain protective effects on cortical neurons of focal ischemia reperfusion rats.
