摘要
当前发展创意产业已成为经济落后地区转变经济增长方式、摆脱贫困和增强软实力的有效战略。民族文化推动旅游业的发展需要借助于创意活动,而创意活动的成功则需要旅游者需求、民族文化、创意人才和资金技术等相关要素形成良性循环的创意体系。民族文化旅游创意产业具有强大的连带效应,是推进民族地区文化旅游,实现产业结构升级的重要途径。湘西民族文化旅游创意产业商业模式的成功主要得益于利用民族文化创意实现旅游商品、景点、文艺以及产业品牌等的增值。针对湘西民族文化旅游创意产业发展中存在的创意力度偏低、过度商业化风险等问题,本文提出集聚创意力量、塑造具有民族风格的旅游创意产品等措施。
At present,developing originality industries has become an effective strategy for economic backward areas to change the mode of economic growth,get rid of poverty and enhance soft strength.The ethnic culture promotes the development of tourism industry through creative activities while successful originality industry of ethnic cultural tourism needs a virtuous circulation of creative system with several essential factors,including the tourist needs,the ethnic culture,the creative talented person,the fund,the technology and so on.The originality industry of ethnic cultural tourism is an important approach to promote ethnic cultural tourism industry upgraded for it has strong related effects.The originality industry of ethnic cultural tourism model in Western Hunan Province mainly profits from the valuation increment of the tourism commodity,the scenic spot,the literary arts,industry brand and so on through the ethnic cultural creativity activities.To the problems,such as the low creative intensity,the excess commercial risk and other problems in the originality industry development of ethnic cultural tourism in Western Hunan Province,this paper puts forward some measures,such as gathering the creativity strength,shaping the tourism products with ethnic style and so on.
