摘要
针对激光熔覆加工过程中结构件易变形开裂等难题,对激光熔覆加工过程中的加工温度自适应控制进行研究。采用高温热像仪对激光熔覆过程中的温度进行监测,基于模糊控制理论构建了激光熔覆加工闭环控制系统,用于控制熔池温度。实践结果表明:采用该温度控制系统后,激光熔覆加工质量大幅度提高,激光加工过程中的变形开裂问题得到了初步的解决。
Aiming at the problems such as deformation and cracking during the process of laser cladding, how to adaptively control processing temperature in laser cladding process was researched. The processing temperature was monitored by high-temperature thermal imager. A closed-loop control system for laser cladding process was built based on fuzzy control theory. It was used to control pool temperature. The practice results show that using the temperature control system, the quality of laser cladding process is greatly improved, the problems of deformation and cracking during laser cladding process are solved initially.
