摘要
对于法学本科教育的定位问题,至今有学历教育说、精英教育说、通识教育说、职业化教育说、基础性教育说等多种观点。城市型大学法学教育应该采取何种办学定位和模式,才能办出特色,是一个亟待解决的问题。文章依据城市型大学城市性和应用型的特点,提出通过教学方式改革、认知实践改革、与司法考试契合等方式,形成差异性的法律人才培养方案。
How we should direct our education of law majors in university has received many schools of doctrine： curricula education,elite education,general education,professional education and fundamental education.It is a problem to identify the position of city-oriented university and refine its specialty.This paper analyzes the characteristics of city-oriented university and puts forward to establish a diverse training pattern of law talented personnel by the reforms in teaching method,teaching practice and teaching in accordance with national judicatory exam.
