摘要
孔子的"中庸"具有辩证性,主张行事要适中,要有个标准、原则,要合于"礼",但又不能拘泥于"礼",要具体问题具体分析。孔子认为义与利是对立统一的,都具有主体性。主体都是有目的的,因而义利观也具有合目的性。原则是目的具体化,故此义利观又都具有合原则性。孔子义利思想是以维护家族制度为目的,由之决定的义利总原则是重义轻利。无论对义利原则的确立,还是对"义"的判定,孔子都是以其中庸思想为指导的,"中庸"是孔子义利观的归宿。孔子中庸思想中具有鲜明的辩证法思想。
Confucius's Doctrine of the Mean is of dialectic nature,proposing that a moderate conduct should be provided with standards and principles,suited to the "Li" which shouldn't be stickled to,and that one should treat different problems with different ways according to the specific situation.Confucius holds that Righteousness and gain are a unity of opposites,and of subjectivity.Subjects bear aims and thus their views on righteousness and gain are also aim-suiting.Principles are the specification of aims,so the views have,in addition,the quality of principle-suiting.Confucius's view on righteousness and gain is intended to stick up for the patriarchal clan system.His general principle is that righteousness be more valued than gain.Whether the setting of the general principle of righteousness and gain or the judgment of righteousness,Confucius was guided under his Doctrine of the Mean which underlies his view on righteousness and gain.There is sharp-cut dialectical connotation in Confucius' Doctrine of the Mean.Therefore,there is clear-cut dialectical connotation in Confucius' view on righteousness and gain.
