摘要
目的探讨月经失调的超声声像图特征及相关因素。方法回顾性分析445例月经失调的超声声像图表现,并与病程、年级、心理因素等进行对比分析。结果随着年级的增高,月经失调发生率和声像图异常有逐渐增高的趋势。病程长短、年级、心理因素不同,超声声像图特征及异常率也不同。结论月经失调的发生不仅与心理因素关系密切,而且还伴随着部分患者的子宫、卵巢等异常改变。在治疗上应采取包括心理干预在内的综合治疗措施。
Objective To evaluate the ultrasonographic features of menstrual disorders and related faetors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 445 cases of menstrual disorders and uhrasonographic manifestations was made, and the factors including course of disease, grade,psychological factors were also comparatively analyzed. Results As the grade increased,the incidence of menstrual disorders and abnormal sonographic gradually increased. Ultrasonographic features and abnormal sonographie rates were significantly related with the duration of disease,varied grade,and mentation. Conclusion The occurrence of menstrual disorders and psychological factors arc closely related,in addition,abnormal changes in ovary and uterus were also accompanied for some patients. Comprehensive treatment including psychological intervention should be taken into account in the treatment measures.
