摘要
针对国内风电大规模集中接入电网引起的电压稳定和控制问题,提出了一种适用于变速恒频风电机组风电场的多模式、多目标无功电压协调控制策略。在此基础上,设计了风电场无功电压控制系统。介绍了该系统的架构、主要功能模块和接口的设计方案,通过在上海奉贤海湾风电场一期扩建工程开展现场试验,验证了控制策略的正确性,并证明通过合理控制风电场的无功输出能够有效地对并网点提供无功支撑,有助于维持接入地区电网的电压稳定。
To solve the voltage stability and control issues caused by large-scale wind power integration into grid,a multi-mode and multi-objective reactive power control strategy is proposed for wind farms with variable speed and constant frequency wind turbines.Based on this,a reactive power control system for wind farm is developed.The design program of the system structure,main function modules and interfaces are introduced.A test is carried out at Shanghai Fengxian Haiwan wind farm.The result shows that the strategy is correct and the wind farm will provide reactive power support to the point of interconnection by regulating reactive output helping to maintain voltage stability in the grid.
