在埋弧焊过程中添加金属粉末的方法

A Review of Submerged-arc Welding with Metal Powder Addition

摘要 为了提高焊接熔敷率,又要保证焊缝质量,可以采用在埋弧焊中添加金属粉末的方法。本文介绍了这种方法的出现和发展情况,并阐述了几种向焊接区域中添加金属粉末的方法以及其各自的优势与劣势。这种方法确实可以在不增加焊接热输入的前提下,提高埋弧焊接的熔敷率。 In order to boost deposition rate as well as maintain the weld metal quality, submerged arc welding with metal powder addition can be utilized. The appearance and development of this technology were developed. The several ways for adding metal powder addition into the welding area with both their advantages and disadvantages were developed. The technology can raise the deposition rate without increasing the welding heat input.
