定量CT骨密度测量技术的进展与临床应用 被引量:33

摘要 骨质疏松是由于各种原因引起的全身骨量减少、骨微结构破坏,导致骨的脆性增加,骨折发生率增高的一种疾病。骨质疏松性骨折好发于脊椎、骨宽关节和前臂,尤其是股骨近端的骨折,致死率和致残率高,严重危害人民的身体健康。骨质疏松的防治在于早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗。
