摘要
目的探讨MR动态灌注成像(MR-PWI)和灰阶实时超声造影(CEUS)对兔肝VX-2肿瘤的增强显像特征,并对比二者造影时相划分。材料与方法运用MR造影剂Gd-DTPA、超声造影剂SonoVue对33只荷肝VX-2瘤兔行MR-PWI和CEUS,观察其增强特征,比较MR-PWI的时间-信号强度曲线形态特征及CEUS中肿瘤和瘤周同水平肝实质的时间-强度曲线,比较其时相划分。结果 MR-PWI和CEUS对VX-2肿瘤动脉期、门脉期、实质期起始时间的划定分别为(8.69±1.88)s、(12.87±1.58)s、(21.7±3.87)s和(6.82±1.36)s、(11.64±2.03)s、(20.24±4.17)s,MR-PWI较CEUS各相起始时间均延迟(均P<0.05);33个VX-2肿瘤结节中29个结节磁共振灌注扫描与超声造影具有相似的增强模式,呈"快进快出"改变;另4个结节呈"快进慢出"改变。结论 MR-PWI和CEUS对兔肝VX-2肿瘤的增强特征及时相划分均有一定的差别,对分析肝脏肿瘤血供特点有很大帮助。
Purpose To investigate the enhancement features of rabbit liver VX-2 tumor on MR perfusion (MR-PWI) and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) and to compare the phase timing. Materials and Methods MR-PWI and CEUS were acquired in thirty-three New Zealand rabbits with hepatic VX-2 tumors, and the enhancing features and phase timing were analyzed. Results Heptic artetial phase, portal phase and parenchymal phase in MR-PWI and CEUS started at (8.69± 1.88)s vs. (6.82± 1.36)s, (12.87± 1.58)s vs. (11.64±2.03)s, and (21.7±3.87)s vs. (20.24±4.17)s respectively. On CEUS each phase started earlier than that on MR- PWI (P 〈 0.05). There are 29 hepatic VX-2 tumors showing similar "fast-in and fast-out" enhancing features on MR PWI and CEUS. The others showed "fast-in and slow-out" on MR PWI. Conclusion The hemodynamic characteristics of rabbit hepatic VX-2 tumor are different on MR-PWI and CEUS. These two modalities can be helpful in analyzing the tumor blood supply.
