摘要
以骨科疾病的医学影像信息为例,基于医学影像工具(MITK)开发嵌入医学影像分析模块的临床多源信息分析管理软件工具,实现对病人基本信息、医学影像、生理和生化等信息的综合管理和利用。从功能结构、关键算法、实验结果等方面具体阐述软件系统设计与实施。
Taking bone disease image information as an example, the paper develops clinical multi - source information analysis software based on MITK, drawing on diagnosing bone disease is to prove that this embedded medical image analysis module would help physician manage patient information, medical imaging, physiological and biochemical information. Function architecture, key algorithms, and experiment results are introduced in the paper.
