摘要
将无线移动通信技术和物联网技术中的无线传感器网络技术与现代数字化车间的加工制造模式相结合,建立了以数字化人为主导、以感知车间为基础的人机协同制造模式。文章对该制造模式的结构和特点进行了分析,阐述了感知车间和以数字化人为主导的人机协同制造模式的实现方法。针对以数字化人为主导的制造模式中原始数据的处理,利用贝叶斯公式进行运算,采用Bayesian算法,并利用贝叶斯工具包BNT进行了模拟实验,结果良好。
Combining the technology of the wireless mobile communication and the wireless sensor network of the substance internet with modern digital floor manufacture systems, the paper established the man-machine coordinated manufacturing mode which based on the digital human perception workshop. The paper analyzed the structure and characteristics of the manufacturing mode and expatiated the realization method of perception workshop and the man- machine coordinated manufacturing mode domineted digital human expatiated. As for the digital artificial leading manufacturing mode of original data processing, the paper caculated with a Bayesian algorithm of bayesian formula and proceeded simulated experiment by using the bayesian toolkit BNT with good result.
