摘要 目的对深裂竹根七的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱及凝胶色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并利用理化常数和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为反式-细辛醚(1)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-(2-丙烯基)-苯酚(2)、香豆酸(3)、(-)-丁香脂素(4)、(+)-松脂酚(5)、(+)-落叶松脂醇(6)。结论上述化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 AIM To study the chemical constituents in Disporopsis pernyi Diels.METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20.Their structures were identified by means of IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS analyses.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as trans-asarone(1),2,6-dimenthoxy-4-allylphenol(2),coumaric acid(3),(-)-syringgaresinol(4),(+)-pinoresinol(5),(+)-lariciresinol(6).CONCLUSION All of these compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
