摘要
以ZnSO4.7H2O和H2C2O4.2H2O为原料,采用微波加热法制得纳米ZnO。实验结果表明:当微波功率为640 W、微波加热时间为60 s时,所合成的试样为六方晶系的纳米ZnO,粒径为15.5 nm;以纳米ZnO为催化剂,对50 mL质量浓度为10 mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液光催化降解120 min,亚甲基蓝降解率可达96%,较研磨法提高了19个百分点。
Nano ZnO was prepared by microwave heating method using ZnSO4 · 7H2O and H2C2O4 · 2H2O as raw materials. The experimental results show that: When the microwave power is 640 W and the heating time is 60 s, the synthesized sample will be hexagonal nano ZnO with 15.5 nm of particle size; When 50 mL methylene blue solution with 10 mg/L of mass concentration is treated with the nano ZnO photocatalyst for 120 min, the degradation rate of methylene blue can reach 96%, which is higher by 19% than that with ZnO prepared by milling method.
