摘要
以依绿早生青花菜品种为材料,对其植株主要农艺性状与花球质量相关性进行回归分析。结果表明:叶面积指数、花球直径与花球质量呈极显著相关,花球茎直径与花球质量呈显著相关,其相关系数大小依次为叶面积指数>花球直径>花球茎直径>开展度>株高,此结果可作为青花菜育种中目标性状选择的依据。由于叶面积指数受植株叶片大小与叶片数的共同影响,因此青花菜定植后,在栽培上要尽快促进植株生长,使其在花芽分化前迅速形成足够的叶数,达到足够的营养面积,从而促进优质高产花球的形成。
Broccoli cultivar Yilu-zaosheng was used to study Correlation between major agronomic characters and curd quality by using regression analysis. The results showed that there were extremely significant correlations between leaf area index, curd stem diameter and curd quality, respectively, and a significant correlation between curd stem diameter and curd quality, of which the correlation coefficient ordered as the leaf area index 〉the curd stem diameter〉the diameter of curd stem〉 the plant expansion degree〉the plant height. The results can be used as basis for the choice of objectives in broccoli breeding. As the leaf area index was influenced by the leaf size and" leaf number, it should promote the plant growth as soon as possible after broccoli planting in order to achieve adequate nutrition area, thereby increasing high-yield formation of curd.
