摘要
为探讨不同纸袋类型对柠檬秋花果品质的影响,采用外黄内红和外黄内黑两种纸袋对尤力克柠檬进行套袋处理,以不套袋为对照。结果表明:选用外黄内红和外黄内黑纸袋进行套袋的柠檬单果重、果皮厚、纵横径增幅大于对照,差异显著;但出汁率、总酸、维生素C、固形物含量低于对照。花后120~150 d,柠檬横径均达到4.0 cm以上,根据柠檬采收主要指标,结合套袋对品质的影响,生产上宜采用外黄内黑纸袋进行柠檬套袋。
In order to study the influences of different types of bag on fruit quality of autumn-flowering lemon, two kinds of bag, in which one is yellow outside and black inside and another is yellow outside and red inside, were taken as material to bag the Eureka lemon. The results showed that the fruit weight, the peel thickness and the increasing amplitude of diameter and length of lemon fruit bagged with both kinds of bag were higher than that with non- bagging, but all were not very significant; juice yield and contents of total acids, vitamin C and total solid of lemon fruit bagged with both kinds of bag were lower than that with non-bagging; the transverse diameter of lemon fruit bagged with both kinds of bag all was more than 4.0 cm on 120-150 days after anthesis. According to the main harvesting indexes for lemon and combined with influences of bagging on fruit quality, using the bag which is yellow outside and black inside to bag lemon in production will has better effects
