摘要
张集矿属于高瓦斯矿井,综采工作面瓦斯涌出量大,且瓦斯来源主要是采空区瓦斯;文章以1111综采工作面为例,通过优化抽放参数,采用高位钻孔抽放采空区瓦斯,现场实践表明,高位钻孔抽放采空区瓦斯效果良好,瓦斯抽放浓度高,瓦斯抽放量大,有效解决综采工作面瓦斯超限问题,该技术可在类似矿区加以推广应用,以利于矿区高瓦斯矿井的安全生产。
Zhangji Mine is a high gassy mine.There were great gas emissions from the fully mechanized coal mining face and the gas emission sources were the gas mainly from the goaf.Taking No.1111 fully mechanized coal mining face as an example,with the gas drainage parameters were optimized,the high level borehole was applied to the gas drainage in the goaf.The site practices showed that the high level borehole applied to the gas drainage in goaf could be good in effect,the gas drainage concentration could be high and the gas drainage value would be high.The over limit problem of the gas content was effectively solved in the fully mechanized coal mining face and the safety production of the high gassy mine in the mining area could be ensured.
