液体复合酶对草鱼生长、养分消化率及体组成的影响 被引量:5

Effects of liquid multi-enzyme additive on the growth performance,nutrients digestibility and body composition of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idllus)

摘要 以蛋白质含量35%的配合饲料作为基础日粮(CA组),在基础日粮中直接添加0.20 mL/kg液体复合酶(CE组)。调整配方使饲料蛋白质含量降至33%左右(Ⅰ组),在Ⅰ组基础上分别添加0.20 mL/kg和0.30 mL/kg液体复合酶(Ⅱ和Ⅲ组);再调整配方使饲料蛋白质含量降至32%左右(Ⅳ组),在Ⅳ组基础上分别添加0.20 mL/kg和0.30 mL/kg液体复合酶(Ⅴ和Ⅵ组)。以相应的配合饲料饲养体重4.6 g左右的草鱼84 d。结果表明:CE组草鱼的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性均大于CA组,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组、Ⅴ组和Ⅵ组的增重率、特定生长率、蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性分别大于Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组草鱼的增重率、特定生长率、淀粉酶活性、前肠蛋白酶活性还大于CA组,Ⅴ和Ⅵ组草鱼的后肠和肝胰脏蛋白酶活性大于CA组。各试验组草鱼体组成差异不显著(P>0.05)。草鱼对各试验饲料的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果说明,在同一蛋白质水平的饲料中直接添加0.20~0.30 mL/kg的液体酶均可在一定程度上提高草鱼的生长速度,促进草鱼的内源性蛋白酶和淀粉酶等消化酶的分泌。添加0.20~0.30 mL/kg的液体酶制剂可适当降低饲料蛋白质含量2%~3%,并不影响草鱼生长速度和体组成。 The study was conducted to determine effects of liquid multi-enzyme additive on growth performance, body composition and diets digestibility of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus ).The basal diet contained 35 % crude protein defined as group CA.Based on CA,adding 0.20 mL/kg liquid multi-enzyme to diet was defined as group CE.The diet containing lower crude protein 33 % ,without liquid multi-enzyme,was defined as group I .Based on group I ,adding 0.20 mL/kg and 0.30 mL/kg liquid multi-enzyme to diet 1I and III respectively were defined as group II and III .Similar treatment to group IV, V and WI ,the crude proteins of diets were 32 % ,with 0,0.20 mL/kg and 0.30 mL/kg liquid multi-enzyme respectively.Grass carp with the initial weight about 4.6 g had been fed twice a day for 84 d.The results showed that, weight gain rate,specific growth rate of group CE were higher than those of group CA.Weight gain rate,specific growth rate, protease and amylase activity of group II , III and group V , VI were higher than those of group I and IV, respectively.Weight gain rate,specific growth rate,protease activity and amylase activity in foregut of group II , III and VI were higher than those of group CA.Meanwhile, group V , IV had higher activity of protease in the hindgut and hepatopancreas of grass carp than those of group CA.There was significant difference in the body composition of grass carp among treatment groups (P 〉 0.05).Liquid mutli-enzyme supplement did not significantly influence the apparent digestibility of dry matters, crude protein, crude fat, crude ash and phosphorus of this fish (P 〉 0.05 ).The results suggested that adding 0.20 0.30 mL/kg liquid multi-enzyme to the diets of different protein level could improve growth performance and promote digestive enzyme activities of grass carp.More over,the lower protein level but adding 0.20 - 0.30 mL/kg liquid muhi-en- zyme to diet could make the similar growth performance of grass carp which fed higher protein level diet.
