摘要
由于风电具有随机波动特性,大规模风电功率注入电网给电力系统调度运行带来了严峻的考验。分别从建模和求解两个方面阐述并分析了计及风电场的经济调度问题。根据对风速/风电功率不确定特性的不同处理方法,将含风电场的经济调度模型分为确定性建模、模糊建模以及概率建模方法进行论述,并进一步阐明了建模过程中风电引起的备用及风险调度管理问题。对应于优化模型的分类特点,相应地将优化模型的求解方法归结为确定性和不确定性求解方法两大类。最后指出了含有大规模并网风电场的电力系统经济调度问题需要进一步深入开展的工作。
Large-scale integration of wind power generators into power grid brings severe challenges to power system economic dispatch due to its stochastic volatility. Economic dispatch including wind farm is elaborated and analyzed from the aspects of modeling and solving methods. According to different treatments of wind speed/wind power uncertainties, the economic dispatch models including wind farm are discussed through the deterministic modeling method, fuzzy modeling method and probabilistic modeling method. Furthermore, the issues on reserve and risk dispatch management in modeling resulted from wind power are introduced. Solving methods are divided into certainty and uncertainty methods corresponding to the classification characteristics of optimization model. Finally, some suggestions are given for further studies on the economic dispatch of power systems including large-scale grid-connected wind farm.
