摘要
针对水泥生料配料过程原料质量不稳定和检测环节大滞后所引入的诸多信息不确定性,结合目前广泛应用的干法水泥生产工艺,提出了一种生料配料过程两级智能优化系统,即首先对生料配料过程进行率值的优化控制,一定程度地减弱不确定信息对生料质量的影响,然后采用改进性遗传算法求解生料最优调配方案,配制出优质水泥生料,以此达到生料质量的优化控制,进而确保水泥生产质量。
According to cement raw materials blending process of raw material quality is not stable and the detecting link hystere- sis,this paper introduces many information uncertainty,combined with the wide application of the dry cement production pro- cess,put forward a kind of raw material blending process level two intelligent optimization system,that is first to raw meal proportioning process rate value of the optimal control,reduce the uncertainty degree information on the raw material quality, and then to use the improved genetic algorithm for optimal allocation of raw materials,preparation of high quality cement raw meal quality,to achieve the optimal control,and ensure the quality, of cement production.
