摘要
在油井分层测试中使用往复式智能开关器,因结垢造成卡活塞,使开关功能失效,导致分层测试、分层隔采作业无法正常进行。研制了旋转活塞控制式智能开关器,地层流体可通过空心旋转活塞流出,有效防止活塞及阀腔结垢。现场试验2井次,准确地获取了油井各层产能数据,为后期动态措施调整提供了可靠的依据。
In oil wells separate layered tests, reciprocating intelligent switch device is used, for scaling caused by block of the pistons, the switch function piston is failure, resulting in layered testing,layered production impossible. Developing rotary piston control type intelligent switch device, the formation fluid through the hollow rotary piston outflow, the piston and the body cavity and scaling were effectively prevented. Field test 2twice in a well,the oil well production data for each layer, later dynamic adjustment measures were accurately obtained to provide a reliable basis.
