摘要
为了开发出具有普遍应用意义的区域水环境承载能力评价系统,通过可视化编程技术,地理信息系统以及数据库技术开发出了一套智能化的水环境承载力评价系统平台,并介绍了区域水环境承载力评价系统的总体设计、系统平台的功能以及系统的结构及应用。所建立的区域水环境承载力评价系统可有效地实现现状年水环境承载能力的计算、未来不同水平年的承载力预测以及对承载力计算结果进行空间展示。该系统通过在渭河流域关中地区应用,得出的评价结论与该地区因严重污染所导致的结果一致。
In order to develop a generally applicable evaluation system for regional water environment carrying capacities,databases,geographic information systems and visual programming technology were employed and an intelligent evaluation system platform of water environment carrying capacity was developed.The overall designs and functions,as well as the structure of evaluation system for regional water environment carrying capacity were also introduced.This system is effective not only for the calculation of water environment carrying capacity in present conditions,but also for the capacity prediction in the future,including the spatial distributions.The application in the Guanzhong region of Weihe River basin showed that this evaluation system is a useful tool for evaluation and prediction of regional water and environmental carrying capacity.
