摘要
目的探讨独活寄生汤治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法采用随机单盲分组法,治疗组服用独活寄生汤加减,对照组服用西比灵,通过中医症状和相关体征,经颅多谱勒超声(TCD)等指标进行评价。结果独活寄生汤试验组中医证候疗效总有效率为86.67%;西比灵片对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时试验组治疗后眩晕、颈枕疼痛、倦怠乏力、肢体麻木、头痛6项症状积分显著减少。试验组改善脑彩色多普勒超声指标(Vd、Vm、Vs、PI、RI),作用显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤通补结合,能有效缓解颈椎病患者的颈性眩晕症状,提高其生活质量,而且没有明显副作用。
Objective To observe the treatment effect of Duhuojisheng Decoction on the cervical vertigo.Methods It was a randomized single-blind study.The treatment group was given Duhuojisheng Decoction,while the control group with flunarizine.The results were indicated by TCM symptoms and signs,and transcranial Doppler（TCD）.Results Total effective rate was 86.67% in Duhuojisheng Decoction group by TCM symptoms and signs,while that was 66.67% in control group,and the statistic difference was significant between the two gorups（P0.05）.And the Decoction group had a lower score after treatment on vertigo,neck occipital pain,fatigue weakness,numbness,headache 6 symptom.Duhuojisheng Decoction also improved the indicator of color Doppler echocardiography brain（Vd,Vm,Vs,PI,RI） which was significantly deference as compared with control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Duhuojisheng Decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms of cervical spondylosis and improve their quality of life,without any significant side effects.
