摘要
目的探讨脾酪氨酸激酶基因的表达情况与肿瘤的发生发展的关系。方法搜集并整理自2000年6月-2011年6月之间国内外发表的相关文献,对脾酪氨酸激酶基因结构与功能、抑癌机理及其在不同肿瘤组织中的表达情况进行总结分析,并对脾酪氨酸激酶基因与不同肿瘤发生、发展及转移之间的关系进行回顾性分析。结果脾酪氨酸激酶基因的突变或者缺失表达与众多肿瘤的发生发展有着密切的关联,比如食管癌、直肠癌和胃癌等。在乳腺癌的发生发展过程中,脾酪氨酸激酶的缺失表达起积极作用。结论通过对脾酪氨酸激酶基因的修复,可以促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,从而为肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗提供新的思路和依据。
Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of spleen tyrosine kinase(Syk) and incidence of tumor.Methods To collect and sort the related literatures published at home and abroad from June 1,2000 to June 1,2011,and analyze the structure and function,tumor suppression mechanism,expression in different tumor tissues of Syk gene.Results The missing or mutation of Syk was closely related to the occurrence and development of many tumor,such as esophageal cancer,rectum cancer,gastric carcinoma,etc.The missing or mutation of Syk also played an important part in Breast neoplasm.Conclusion To repair Syk can increase the apoptosis of cell in tumor.The study on Syk can provide anew idea and more evidences for the early clinic diagnosis and treatment of tumor.
