摘要
舰船上的系统管路一般通过支吊架、马脚等与船体固定,管路振动会通过基座传递给其他结构,成为振动和噪声传播的重要通道,并激励其产生噪声。本文针对舰船系统管路特点,提出了新型弹性减振设计方案,并在不同系统运行工况条件下,将刚性支撑和弹性支撑的2种管卡固定型式进行了试验对比。结果表明,系统管路弹性减振安装方式具有良好的减振隔振性能,与普通的刚性支撑安装相比,可以明显衰减系统管路的振动,具有较好的应用前景。
Syetem piping on warship are generally fixed in the hull by bracket,suspender and so on.Pipeline vibration can transfer to other structures trough the mounting pedestal and causes noise.According to warship piping characteristic,this paper gives specific degisin of elasitc damping vibration.In different system operation conditions,the pipling installation of both rigid support and elastic support are test contrastively.The results illustrate that the elastic support installation has good performance of damping and isoltion vibration.Compared with rigid support,the elastic support installation is very effective to reduce the pipeline vibration and have great potential for use.
