摘要
采用人工接虫的方法,组建了自然变温条件下保护地瓜蚜实验种群平均生殖力表。在日平均温度22 .22 ℃(18 .42 ℃~25 .38 ℃) 条件下,瓜蚜种群世代周期(T) 为13 .378d,净出生率(R0) 为15 .075 ,周限增长率(λ)为1.225 ,瞬时增长率(r)为0 .203,种群加倍时间(t) 为3 .418d。在15 ℃~30 ℃条件下,瓜蚜完成一代需11.20d ~4.86d,发育起点温度为4 .52℃,有效积温为120.23 日度。
The life tables were constructed for the experimental population of cucumber aphid,Aphis gossypii Glover,under natural fluctuating temperatures with the method of artificial inoculation.At mean daily temperature of 22.22℃(18.42~25.38℃),the mean generation time(T),net reproductive rate(R 0),finite increase rate(λ),instantaneous increase rate(r),and population double time(t) were 13.378,15.075,1.225,0.203 and 3.418 ,respectively,On the range of 15~30℃,A.Gossypii completed one generation in 11.20~4.86 days.Its developmental threshold was 4.52℃ and its effective accumulative temperature was 120.23d℃.
