超声引导Nd:YAG激光凝固离体肝癌实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文重点研究激光凝固离体癌肿组织的最佳功率和最佳时间。方法:在动物实验的基础上,利用实时超声引导,观察间质激光凝固离体肝癌组织标本。结果:激光能有效损伤癌肿组织造成凝固性坏化,效果肯定,功率为6瓦,时间为8-10分钟时癌组织凝固效果最佳,损伤范围直径2.8cm左右。结论激光凝固离体癌组织的最佳功率和最佳时间分别为6瓦及8-10分钟。 The paper was designed to study the best time and power of laoer photocoagulation on tumorous tissues. Methods:On the basis of animal experiment,s we Rave uslielized zeatime a ulszasound guided iutecsfiral larer photo-coagularion on in vitro samples of hepatocarcinoma ficcues.Resercould effechiuely danage fumezouo fissues that in duce coagulafiue necrosis. The lest offects were abserued when ul-frasound power was six watt and duraxon was 8 - 10 minutes, while its range of damage was about 2. 8cm. Conclusim: The leas power and time of lasei coagnlation on fuworous fissues were respecfiuely 6 waff and 8 - 10 minutes.
