摘要
目的:研究咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床症状与治疗方法,并对治疗效果进行探讨。方法:针对本院2009年1月～2010年12月收治确诊的68例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者进行治疗,通过使用中西药结合治疗的方法,对其症状控制治疗。结果:经治疗患者1周显效率达到82.35%,3周内总有效率高达100.00%,2个月内无复发。结论:对咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断非常重要,要及时进行相关检查,确诊后采用中西医结合治疗,效果明显,值得临床进行推广。
Objective：To analyze the clinical symptom and therapeutic methods of cough variant asthma and discusses the effect of treatment.Methods：68 patients were diagnosed cough variant asthma patients from January 2009 to December 2010 and treated by using combination of traditional methods of treatment,the symptom control treatment.Results：Through treatment the significant efficiency of the treatment was 82.35% within a week,the total effective rate as high as 100.00% within 3 weeks,there was no recurrence in two months.Conclusion：The diagnosis of cough variant asthma is very important,it needed to do some related inspection in time,adopted combination of traditional methods of treatment after diagnosis,it is effective and is worth extending.
