Expression of RhoC and VEGF in Breast Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 [目的]通过研究RhoC和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达,了解RhoC在乳腺癌侵袭转移中的作用。[方法]采用RT-PCR和Western Blot技术研究RhoC和VEGFmRNA和蛋白在61例乳腺癌组织中的表达,以10例癌旁正常乳腺组织为对照。[结果]RhoC和VEGF在乳腺癌中有过度表达,与癌旁正常乳腺组织相比,其差异有显著性(P<0.01)。Ⅲ期表达高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。组织学分级Ⅲ级表达高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。[结论]RhoC和VEGF在乳腺癌的侵袭转移中起重要作用。
