康复新液对小鼠的免疫调节作用 被引量:47

The immunomodulatory effects of Kangfuxin solution in the mice

摘要 目的研究康复新液的免疫调节作用。方法观察康复新液对正常小鼠、环磷酰胺致免疫低下小鼠和老龄小鼠的免疫器官重量、单核巨噬细胞碳粒清除能力、2,4-二硝基氯苯致迟发型超敏反应和血清溶血素生成的影响,以及对老龄鼠脾脏组织形态学和脑组织氧化损伤的影响。结果康复新液对正常小鼠的各项免疫功能指标没有影响;但可显著提高免疫低下的小鼠的免疫器官指数和单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力,增强2,4-二硝基氯苯致迟发型超敏反应并促进血清溶血素的生成;并可提高老龄小鼠免疫器官指数,改善脾脏组织的衰老程度,促进血清溶血素生成,同时降低脑组织中MDA的含量、提高SOD的活力和总抗氧化的能力;但对老龄小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力和2,4-二硝基氯苯致迟发型超敏反应无明显作用。结论康复新液可显著增强免疫低下小鼠的非特异性免疫、细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,提高老龄鼠的体液免疫功能,并可改善老龄鼠脾脏组织的老化症状和脑组织的氧化损伤,而对正常小鼠的免疫功能无影响。 OBJECTIVE To study the immunomodulatory effects of Kangfuxin solution in mice.METHODS The effects of Kangfuxin solution on the weight of immune organs,carbongranular clearance ability of mononuclear macrophage,delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) induced by DNCB and the production of hemolysin antibody in normal mice,immunocompromised mice(induced by cyclophosphamide) and aged mice were determined.The histological structure of spleen and the oxidative damage of brain of the aged mice were also observed.RESULTS Kangfuxin solution had no effect on the immune functions in normal mice,but it could obviously increase the weight indices of immune organs,strengthen the mononuclear macrophage englobement function,the DTH induced by DNCB and the production of hemolysin in immune suppressed mice.Kangfuxin solution could also increase the weight indices of immune organs and serum hemolysin level and improve histological features of senescence of spleen in the aged mice.In addition,it could significantly decrease the content of MDA and increase the activities of SOD and T-AOC of brain tissue in the aged mice.CONCLUSION Kangfuxin solution could promote nonspecific immunity,cell-mediated immunity and humoral immunity in immune suppressed mice,strengthen humoral immunity and improve histological features of senescence of spleen and oxidative damage of brain in the aged mice.It has no effect on the immune functions of normal mice.
