摘要
设计了一种便携式新型超声波测厚仪,系统采用ATMEGA128单片机作为主控芯片,并包含超声波发射接收电路、LCD液晶显示电路、电源电路、键盘电路、232通信电路、实时和计数器电路。实现了精确测量、丰富的信息量实时的显示、电池和USB切换供电功能,并把测量的数据通过串口传输到PC中进行了分析与比较,给出了测量误差产生的原因。
A new type of portable ultrasonic thickness gauge is designed, using single chip microcomputer ATMEGA128 as main control chip and including ultrasonic wave transmitting and receiving circuit, LCD LED display circuit, power circuit, keyboard circuit, 232 communication circuit, real-time and counter circuits. It can achieve accurate measurement, real-time display of rich information, switching functions of power supply for battery and USB, and can transfer data to PC so as to compare and analyze the thickness data. The reason which causes measurement error is given.
