摘要
为了确保织物染色质量,设计了一种基于机器视觉的在线色差检测系统。在试验室搭建了系统模拟平台,对图像处理算法进行了验证,并分析了样本左、中、右色差的数据。试验结果表明:系统检测结果与人眼视觉判断一致,可有效地检测出织物色差。认为:利用该系统在线检测染色织物色差,对控制织物染色质量、提高生产效率和降低生产成本有较大实际意义。
To ensure fabric dying quality, online detection system of fabric color difference based on machine visual was designed. System simulation platform was established in lab, image processing algorithms were verified. Color difference data of sample in left, middle and right were analyzed. The results shows that the system test result is consistent to human vision judgment,fabric color difference can be tested effectively. It is considered that the system plays one important role in online testing fabric color difference, controlling fabric dying quality, improving production efficiency and reducing production cost.
