摘要 为了研究不同形状截齿的强度特征,针对截齿截割过程实际外负载为随机载荷的特点,利用LS-DYNA建立了结构形状不同的3种柔性体截齿实体模型,根据显示动力学理论构建基于I-E-F本构模型的岩石模型。通过对3种形状截齿截割过程进行仿真,得到截齿齿尖处的应力曲线变化及其统计值,以及不同硬质岩石下截齿的受力和变化趋势。所得结果为研究截齿形状对其强度的影响,提高截齿工作使用寿命提供了依据,为截齿的选择、设计和使用提供一种新的手段和方法。 In order to study the strength characteristics of cutting picks with various shapes, according to the feature that actual external load is random during the cutting process of the cutting pick, solid models of three kinds of flexible cutting picks with various structures and shapes are built by using LS-DYNA, and the rock model is built also based on IEF constitutive model according to the display dynamics theory. Through simulating the cutting process of the three kinds of cutting picks, variation curve of the stress on tips of cutting picks and its statistical values are obtained, as well as the stress of cutting picks acting on different rocks and its variation tendency are obtained. The results offer references for studying the influences of shape of the cutting pick on its strength and improving the service life of the cutting pick, and provide a new method for the selection, design and usage of the cutting pick.
