摘要
目的：观察离体血液经量子血疗法（Ｕｔａｒｉｏｌｅｔｏｗｎ ＢｌｏｏｄＩｒｒａｄｉａｔｉｏｎ，ＵＢＩ）处理前后血浆过氧化脂质（Ｌｉｐｏｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅ，ＬＰＯ） 含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（Ｓｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅ Ｄｉｓｍｕｔａｓｅ，ＳＯＤ） 活力的变化。方法：用肾上腺素自氧化法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定了３１ 例健康者经紫外线照射充氧的血液。结果：血液经量子血疗法处理后，血浆ＬＰＯ含量及红细胞ＳＯＤ 活性均显著升高。
Aims: To observe the alteration of free radical in isolate blood being administered with ultariolet own blood irrudiation (UBI).Methods: The lipoperoxide(LPO) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in isolated blood being administered with UBI were measured by adrenalin autoxidation and thiobartionic acid method respectively.Results: Both the LPO content and erythrocyte SOD activities after blood being administered with UBI were higher than those before. Conclusion: The regulation of UBI to metaboltic balance of free radical could be an effective mechanism of UBI for many diseases.
