摘要
目的:观察离体血液经量子血疗法(Utarioletown BloodIrradiation,UBI)处理前后血浆过氧化脂质(Lipoperoxide,LPO) 含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD) 活力的变化。方法:用肾上腺素自氧化法和硫代巴比妥酸法分别测定了31 例健康者经紫外线照射充氧的血液。结果:血液经量子血疗法处理后,血浆LPO含量及红细胞SOD 活性均显著升高。
Aims: To observe the alteration of free radical in isolate blood being administered with ultariolet own blood irrudiation (UBI).Methods: The lipoperoxide(LPO) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in isolated blood being administered with UBI were measured by adrenalin autoxidation and thiobartionic acid method respectively.Results: Both the LPO content and erythrocyte SOD activities after blood being administered with UBI were higher than those before. Conclusion: The regulation of UBI to metaboltic balance of free radical could be an effective mechanism of UBI for many diseases.
