摘要
研究了组合工艺(高温55℃UASB反应器一常温三相好氧生物流化床)对含盐偶氮染料活性嫩黄X-6G的去除能效。试验结果表明:在水温为55℃,运行周期120d,水力停留时间18h的条件下,此工艺对于CODCr为600~1 000mg/L,含盐量为25~35g/L,活性嫩黄X-6G的浓度为40~50mg/L的染料废水,染料及CODCr的去除率可达80%~90%。
A study has been made about the removal effect of Reactive Light Yellow X-6G from wastewater with a process of anaerobic (a themophilic up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactor at 55℃ / aerobic ( a mesophilic three-phase aerobic biological fluidized bed reactor ). Experiment results show that at 55 ℃ of water temperature, water operation cycle is 120 days and when the HRT is 18hr, the removal rate is 80%-90% for dyes and CODCr with CODer at 600- 1000mg/L, salt(NaCl)25-35mg/L and Active Bright Yellow X-6G density 40-50mg/L.
