糖尿病合并甲状腺疾病的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 甲亢和糖尿病并存时．抗甲状腺药物（ATD）剂量需加大，控制症状所需时间较长，维持治疗时间一般比单纯甲亢者长1～2倍；有研究显示，患有甲减的非糖尿病者HbA1c水平和糖化白蛋白水平明显高于正常对照组，空腹血糖水平低于正常对照组。国内有研究显示，2型糖尿病中SCH组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HbA1c明显低于甲状腺功能正常组．且与TSH水平呈显著负相关。C肽释放试验各点C肽水平与TSH呈显著正相关，合并SCH的2型糖尿病患者C肽水平升高。
