摘要
国际英语教育呈现出低龄化的趋势,但我国幼儿英语教师的专业素质却无法满足这一趋势的要求,已成为制约幼儿英语教育的瓶颈,培养新型专业化的英语教师迫在眉睫。新型专业化幼儿英语教师应具备科学的学前教育理念、多重的专业知识结构、较强的教育教学能力。应在规格要求、课程设置、实践体系等方面加以研究,探索培养新型专业化幼儿英语教师的策略。
Currently,international English education has shown the trend of beginning at earlier age,but preschool English teachers' quality can not meet the requirements of this trend and has restricted the development of preschool English education.Therefore,it is urgent to train new professional preschool English teachers.This thesis analyzes the status of preschool English teachers and puts forward some strategies on training new professional English teachers by discussing specification requirements,curriculum,practice systems etc.in preschool English major.
