摘要
腰椎间盘变性可引起椎间盘突出症、退行性腰椎失稳、滑脱、椎管狭窄及退行性侧弯等一系列临床病变。本文对这类疾病的治疗作了系统归纳,重点阐述近年来外科治疗新进展,并对化学溶核、椎间盘镜、椎间融合器以及人工椎间盘等技术作了较为中肯的评价。旨在为广大骨科临床工作者提供客观的理论和实践经验。
Lumbar degenerativediseases involve prolapsed lumbar interverte-bral disc, degenerative instability or spondy-lolisthesis of lumbar , lumbar spinal stenosis and degenerative scoliosis. Apart from conventional management, new techniques and trends for the treatment of the lumbar degenerative diseases continue to appear which include chemonucleolysis, percutaneous endo-scopic discectomy, interbody cage, interver-tebral prosthesis. In order to provide an objec-tive view of this management, the author reviews a number of them and provides a commentary.
