摘要 教师专业化是教师教育改革的主要努力方向,在不同时期有着不同的建设标准和目标。教育硕士专业学位的发展是实现教师专业化发展的有力保障。本文概述了我国教育硕士专业学位培养的现状,并对存在的问题做出了相应的思考。 Teacher professionalism which has different construction standards and targets at different times is the main direction of educational reform.And the degree of Education Master major is an effective guarantee for the development of teacher professionalism.This paper provides the training status of our Education Master degree and offers careful thoughts towards the existing problems.
