摘要
颚板是复摆颚式破碎机的主要工作构件,在破碎物料的过程中经受物料的严重磨损和激烈的冲击作用,颚板的寿命成为工程上关注的问题.通过对颚式破碎机颚板的运动分析,并结合物料的流动受力分析,颚板表面的微观及失效等磨损机理对颚式破碎机颚板的磨损进行了分析,从而得出了物料破碎时颚板磨损的原因,为提高颚板使用寿命寻求理论依据.
Crushing plate is jaw crusher's main work components. In crushing materials it withstands severe wear of materials and fierce impact. Life of crushing plate becomes the project's issues of concern. This article analyses movement of crushing plate of jaw crusher.And combining force analysis of material flow and wear mechanism analysis of crushing plate surface microstructure and failure, wear of crushing plate of jaw crusher are also analysed. Thus the article concludes causes of jaw plate wear when material crushed and looks for theoretical basis to enhance the life of crushing plate.
