摘要
目的:检测不同的非小细胞肺癌组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1及VEGF的表达情况,观察比较它们的表达特点,分析三种物质在非小细胞肺癌侵袭转移过程中的关系。方法:收集不同分化程度的原发性非小细胞肺癌患者手术标本60例。采用免疫组化SP法对其染色,光镜下分别观察以上不同组织中MMP-9、TIMP-1、VEGF的表达情况。结果:①在不同的与预后相关的病理指标中MMP-9/TIMP-1组合同时阴性表达与MMP-9/TIMP-1组合同时阳性表达结果有差异(P<0.05)。在不同的与预后相关的病理指标中MMP-9/VEGF组合同时阴性表达与MMP-9/VEGF组合同时阳性表达结果有差异(P<0.05)。在不同的与预后相关的病理指标中TIMP-1/VEGF组合同时阴性表达与TIMP-1/VEGF组合同时阳性表达结果有差异(P<0.05)。②三者之间的两两相关性检测显示MMP-9与VEGF、TIMP-1与VEGF在肺癌的表达结果具有相关性。结论:MMP-9与VEGF、TIMP-1与VEGF在肺癌的表达结果具有相关性。三者联合或两者联合检测比单纯依靠某一类指标所做的判断,将有更高的可靠性及参考价值。
Objective: To detect the expression of MMP-9、TIMP-1 and VEGF in patients with different non-small cell lung cancer,observe and compared their expression characteristics,analyze the relationship of the three substances in the invasion and metastasis of non-small-cell lung carcinoma.Method: We collected different degree of differentiation of non-small cell lung cancer specimens of 60 cases.Immunohistochemieal staining was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 、TIMP-1 and VEGF in these cases.Result:①Both MMP-9 and TIMP-1 being negative expression and both MMP-9 and TIMP-1 being positive expression,which has statistically significance(P0.05) in different pathological prognostic indicators.Both MMP-9 and VEGF being negative expression and both MMP-9 and VEGF being positive expression,which has statistically significance(P0.05) in different pathological prognostic indicators.Both TIMP-1 and VEGF being negative expression and both TIMP-1 and VEGF being positive expression,which has statistically significance(P0.05) in different pathological prognostic indicators.②between the three pairwise correlation analysis showed that the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF、 TIMP-1 and VEGF have the relationships in lung cancer results.Conclusion:The expression of MMP-9、 TIMP-1 and VEGF have some relationships.The test result by three joint,or both than by an antibody will have higher reliability and reference values.
