摘要
目的:探讨神经内科使用依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦治疗大面积脑梗塞的疗效。方法:对42例大面积脑梗塞患者使用依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦治疗的的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:42例患者,痊愈及显著进步22例,有效16例,总有效率为90.5%。结论:依达拉奉联合吡拉西坦治疗大面积脑梗塞疗效可靠,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the treatment of large area cerebral infarction in the neurology department by edaravone combined with piracetam.Method： 42 clinical data of patients with large area cerebral infarction were treated by edaravone combined with piracetam in the neurology department of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Result： All of the 42 patients,22 cases were recovered and significantly improved and 14 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 90.5%.Conclusion： The effect of the treatment on large area cerebral infarction by edaravone combined with piracetam is reliable and it is worth for generalization.
