摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在胆囊结石手术病人中深化优质护理服务的应用研究。方法:选择84例胆囊结石手术病人随机分为实验组42例和对照组42例,实验组采用"优化的临床护理路径"行单病种护理管理,对照组采用传统的医疗护理流程行护理管理。结果:实验组的平均住院时间、治疗费用、患者满意度、护理质量、护士的专业知识水平均明显优于对照组P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:临床护理路径可有效利用医疗资源、提高护理质量、提升患者满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective： To explore the application of clinical nurse pathway for operated patients with cholecystolithiasis in further quality nursing.Method：84 selected operation patients with cholecystolithias were randomly divided into experiment group（42 cases） and control group（42 cases）.Experiment group were treated with the optimum clinical nurse pathway,the control group were treated with the traditional nursing method.Result：Compared with control group,experiment group were better of average stay,average cost,patients＇satisfsction,quality of care and level of expertise of nurses P0.05,There was a significant difference between the groups.Conclusion：Clinical nurse pathway can effective use medical resource,improve quality of care and patients＇satisfaction.It is popularized in clinical practice.
