历史时期温州柑种植兴衰考述 被引量:2

摘要 温州柑在历史时期一直是优良的柑橘品种。宋代是温州柑栽培的兴盛时期,温州柑品种众多,以乳柑为代表的优良品种受到了众多文人的题咏及官员的喜爱。元明时,温州柑的种植是持续发展的,自明末到清代,温州柑的栽植却进入了一个低谷期,其中品质最为优异的乳柑销声匿迹。温州柑种植衰落的人为因素主要是封建政府对温柑过度征求,使果农不堪重负、无利可图,战乱对柑橘种植的破坏。其衰落的自然因素为冬季严寒对柑橘的冻害。人为因素对温州柑种植业的破坏大大强于自然因素的影响。 Wenzhou mandarin orange has been excellent in Citrus fruits varieties in history and the peak of its cultivation was Song dynasty.There are many varieties of Wenzhou mandarin orange,of which the milk citrus is the typical.It was represented by many scholars and received official's affection.From the Yuan to Ming dynasties,Wenzhou mandarin orange's cultivation had been increasing sustainably.However,the planting of Wenzhou Mandarin Orange had declined from the last phase of Ming to the Qing dynasties,which caused the milk citrus disappeared.The human factors of the decline were destruction to the plant of citrus by war and the excessively demand by feudal rulers that had made the peasants overwhelmed and unprofitable.The natural factor of the decline was the frost damage to citrus in the cold winter.The author believes that human factors are much worse on damaging Wenzhou citrus than natural factors.
