沙棘油乙基纤维素微囊的制备及热稳定性实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的制备沙棘油微囊并进行热稳定性实验研究。方法采用相分离法制备沙棘油微囊,观察其外形、微囊的粒径分布,测定其载油量及油转移率,并考察不同载油量微囊的热稳定性。结果所得微囊产品呈近橙色粉末,干燥具有流动性,载油量可达44.7~60.3%(n=10),油转移率可达89.6~88.7%(n=10);在40℃条件下,不同载油量的微囊热稳定性均良好。结论该微囊制作方法简便可行,囊形好、载油量较高,热稳定性良好,可以提高沙棘油的稳定性。 Objective:To prepare the microcapsules loaded with oil of Hippophae rhamnoides and investigate their thermal stability.Methods To prepare the microcapsules loaded with oil of Hippophae rhamnoides by the method of interphase boundary separation,observe its shape and the particle diameter distributed,measure its capacity of loading oil and transfer rate of the oil,and investigate the thermal stability of microcapsule based on its different capacity of loading oil.Results Microcapsules present in powder which was similar to orange color,dry with mobility,the loading capacity of oil was 44.7~62.3%(n=10),transfer rate of oil was 89.6~88.7%(n=10);The thermal stability of microcapsules loaded with oil of Hippophae rhamnoides was related to its capacity of loading oil,under the condition of high temperature that was designed by the experiment.Conclusion This preparation method was simple and well repeated,both external appearance and the capacity of loading oil were choiceness.Besides,this method could raise stability of the oil of Hippophae rhamnoides.
