112例产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌感染病例分析 被引量:10

112 cases of nosocomial infections caused by ESBLs-producing bacteria

摘要 目的探讨产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)细菌医院感染的原因和预防措施。方法对112例产ESBLs细菌感染病例进行统计分析。结果产ESBLs细菌感染以呼吸道为主,112例患者均使用过抗菌药物,使用率达100.0%,其中年龄≥71岁者占51.7%,接受各种侵入性操作占64.3%,100.0%患者均存在基础疾病。结论高龄、基础疾病、接受侵入性操作及三代头孢菌素的使用是产ESBLs细菌感染的重要危险因素;合理使用抗菌药物及采取相应的控制措施,可有效减少产ESBLs细菌感染及传播。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the causes and prevention measures of nosocomial infection caused by Extended-spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) producing bacterium. METHODS A total of 112 cases with nosocomial infection of ESBLs were analyzed. RESULTS The respiratory infection was the most predominant one of the bacterial infection of producing ESBLs,the 112 patients were use antibiotics and the application rate reached 100.0%.Of those patients age,58 cases aged 71 or above(51.7%).72(64.3%) of them accepted various intrusive operations.100.0% of the patients exist underlying disease. CONCLUSION Senility,diseases,invasive operation and the use of the third-generation cephalosporin are dangerous factors in ESBLs producing.The rational use of antibiotics and necessary control measures can effectively reduce the production and dissemination of infection of ESBLs bacterium.
